Twin G comes with his debut album "In The Name Of The Game" on Wet City Records. Twin G is out of Seattle and his album features the likes of Yukmouth, Sir Mix Alot, C-Bo, Killa Tay, Spice 1, Kokane, 151, Fed Ex Of The Mob Figaz, Smoov, and Chedda Hound.
1. "Intro" a little intro nothing special.....
2. "In The Name" a real up tempo symphonic beat really nice beat right here. Twin G spits perttly nicely on this track some good lyrics and nice flows on his part. This track gots a tight hook to it as well some nice singing going on to it. Overall a good one to get it started off on.
3. "Game Full Of Flames" has a nice mid tempo beat pretty basic nice baseline with some piano in the background. A pretty short song could pass for an interlude a quick few verses and a basic hook but overall a decent little cut right here.
4. "Gangsta Shit" a tight beat right here some real up tempo mob shit right here. This track features Fed Ex Of The Mob Figaz and he starts this track out and rips a tight ass verse on his part. The hook on this track is tight as well good shit on that part. Twin G comes pretty heated on the flows for this track another bumping track right here keeps your head bobbing.
5. "Peanut Butter Guts" has a tight little beat sounds like some more symphonic mob shit. This track features Chedda Hound and Sir Mix Alot. Cheadda Hound starts this track and out and comes pretty tight for his verse. The hook on this track is a bit different but not bad. Sir Mix A Lot comes with the second verse and its also pretty tight good to hear him still doing thangs. Twin G ends this track out and spits some good shit another pretty tight track right here.
6. "Interlude (Hesus )....The Interigation Room" a little skit nothing much at all.
7. "Get Down Wit Tha Good Down" has a tight beat to it some real straight up mob shit once again tight beat. This track features 151 and he spitting some good shit I cant wait for a solo on his part. Twin G comes real tight on this track as well and the hook is pretty good as well, another nice track right here.
8. "Show Me The Money" has a nice beat going to it some more up tempo shit a very nice beat. This track features Kokane and Spice 1. Spice 1 and Kokane handle Bizzness on this track good shit by both of them. The hook on this track is decent not the best but overall a nice cut right here.
9. "What Can I Do" a real laid back beat real simple. This track features Lham:7 and he comes decent on his part for this cut. Twin G comes pretty good on this cut but overall this is more of a filler track. Its a more deeper track that most of the other tracks has more of a message nice little track though.
10. "Interlude (Hesus).....Still Trying" another skit that is not really needed....
11. "Loosin My Religion" has a real laid back mellow beat some tell a story type shit. This track features Killa Tay and he does the hook and spits a nice verse on his part good shit by him. Twin G spits some real nice shit on this track. Overall another pretty tight track right here.
12. "Interlude..(Slick Cream)" has another skit about some guy trying to sign Twin G a bit better than the other skits...
13. "My Hood’s A Ghetto" has a real laid back beat sounds like some pimp shit from the 70’s. This track features Smoov Some good singing on the hook part for this track. Twin G comes tight with the flows on this one a little more deeper with the lyrics. Pretty tight track overall right here.
14. "Interlude (Hesus & Prevento) ...The Break Down" this skit is pretty good may want to check it......
15. "FedyRydas" has a real mobby beat some straight up ride shit. This track features Yukmouth and C-Bo. Yukmouth starts this track out and rips it up always pretty good shit by him. The hook on this track is tight as fuck as well. C-BO comes in with a banging ass verse as well very good shit by him. Twin G ends this shit out and overall a bumping ass track right here.
16. "Getcha Ya Money" has a different style beat but im feeling it tight shit on this beat. This track features Culpeper and Chedda Hound and they both come rather good for their verses. Twin G comes very heated for his part as well. A good hook, tight beat, and tight flows and another good track right here.
17. "Interlude...Partyline" some bitch spiting a gang of spanish..... nothing special though...
18. "I Hate To Tell Ya" This track gots a nice mobb style beat a tight ass mack a bitch feel. Twin G spits some good shit on this one some straight up pimp shit. He lays it down on the hook and flows very tight shit by him another bumping track.
19. "Tha Thang To Do" has a real mob beat sounds like some ride on em shit once again. This track gots Twinn G spitting pretty tight all the way through. Prevento is featured on the hook and does it nicely. Overall this is a tight effort for the last track pretty good overall.
20. "Outro .....Yea Yea" This is a little outro has a tight beat a little hook to it should have made this into a track this shit would have been heated the beat was produced by his brother and he got some nice skills on them beats some straight lace mob shit......they end it out with some talking mostly by his brother Skunt.
Overall the beats on this album are banging mostly done by John Silvia, Ryan Croone, and Mafia. Twin G gots a tight flow to him and spits some tight shit throughout his debut album. The guest appearances came pretty heated for the most part. Overall this album is banging from pretty much front to back. Looking forward to more releases from Wet City and Twin G these fools trying to make some major moves and put Seattle on the map. Go pick this album and soak up on some straight heat.
