John Got’ti I heard a little about cause he was part of the Wet Boys album which was sort of a diss album to Cash Money in some ways. I picked this album after hearing his single Cut Throat to see if the album was any good compared to the single. I had heard this album got released locally awhile ago and I think this version that I got is the re-release but i could be wrong it may have just been early copies or bootlegs that got out early.

1. “John Got’ti” has a tight bouncy type beat with some crowd type chanting in the background. He comes nice on this track with the raps and the chorus aint bad at all a good track to start off the album with. (3:34)

2. “Cut Throat” has a real tight like step the fuck off em beat, im really liking this beat good beat for his single. You have probably seen the video for this track, sounds sort of like a cash money/no limit song but its tight for sure I was feeling it. (3:58)

3. “Stop Using My Name” starts off with someone getting bucked on then the beat kicks in and its tight has a bounce type feel once again with a lil piano in the background. this track features Sassy and is a pretty tight track I was liking this one as well. (5:10)

4. “Bout That Trouble” has another fast paced up tempo beat and features Superstar and Sassy on this track. Superstar is the female rapper of the label and she comes nice on this track another one that makes you wanna keep listening to this album. (3:41)

5. “Scarred” this shit has a old school NO bounce type feel to it. It reminds me of the south coast music group style. If you like that old school No style you will like this track for sure I know I was feeling it tight shit on this one. Kind of sounds like some old Cash money shit on this one too. (4:08)

6. “Lil Daddy” is a lil more up tempo but still bouncy with a some guitar in the background. This track is pretty tight as well real catchy and a tight beat will probably have you bumping it. (3:47)

7. “Put It On Me” has a tight as beat some good ole bounce shit. This track features Superstar once again and this track is straight for the clubs, This track would probably have the club moving some good shit to dance to on this one. (3:58)

8. “We Got The Shit” has a tight orchestra/opera type beat some tight shit on this one. This song features Kriz Kang and they both come tight on this track another good fast up tempo bouncy track. (4:45)

9 “My Life” has a up tempo beat with some voice effects in the background. This track features Superstar and they both come tight on this track its more of a slower type track about life by John Got’ti twist this track nice I was felling this track tight shit. (4:29)

10. “You Gotta Want Somethin” has another up tempo bouncy beat as the rest of the album does. This track has a catchy type chorus and aint bad it will appeal to some I think and some will not liek it as much as some of the other tracks on the album. (4:39)

11. “ Its Raining Money” starts off with some Jamaican type shit and then gets bouncy . This track features Superstar once again and they both come tight and this is one good track about that money. (4:27)

12. “Rest In Peace” a slower type track but still a lil bouncy. This track is one of the aight tracks on this album another track about fools dying if you like that shit u can bump this track it has a bouncy fell to it which most RIP tracks don't have. (4:38)

13. “Tear It Down” has a tight as like take you to war type beat with a bounce twist to it. This track is tight as fuck they basically talking bout busting rounds and shit like that good shit on this one. Good way to end the album out. (4:51)

14 “We Got The Shit” just the radio version nothing different (4:47)

Aight this album is pretty tight to me, I think it will appeal to those who like Cash Money/South Coast Music Group/ or if you are just a fan of NO bounce type music. Some will hate this shit just cause it sounds like cash money type shit and most think that shit is played out and not many are feeling it anymore. The guy who does the beats on this album Mr Sinista has some of the tightest beats ive heard from producers in the NO so I would suggest you peep this album out it aint sorry you just have to expect a lil cash money type sound to it tight for sure though.
