This album was released back in 94 and is Master P's best album by far. I know all you No Limit dick riders are gonna be like no no and say some other bullshit was his best but this one is. He is actually rapping on this album and not just talking bout how much money he gots and how he is a soldier and all that other commercialized bulllshit he says now, no dance cuts are on this, straight gangsta shit. This album I am reviewing here was rereleased with a few of the songs missing, this is the original one that I am reviewing-the one that got rereleased is missing some of the best songs.
It starts off with an intro that aint nothing, it is followed by a tight ass song "Some Of These Hoes Jack" this shit is so tight, Master P is going off on this cut. After he tears shit up that real nigga King George drops a nice ass verse and he is followed by Lil Ric, they both drop tight verses. Track 3 is one of P's best songs ever "Late Night Creepin" P is going off on this cut, he and Big Ed have crunk ass verses and the beat is so tight-one of my favorite cuts ever!!!!!! The next cut is alright, its called "Playa Haterz" it aint nothing special though-it features JT The Bigga Figga, King George, San Quinn- the beat is tight as hell though.
"Something Funky For The Street" is a crunk ass cut, this song is so tight-P drops some straight dope sella gangsta shit on this cut-classic shit, all rappin no ugghhhhhhhhhhhh or whatever the fuck he says-he hadnt discovered that bullshit yet when this album came out and Im glad. Then next cut suppose to be a commercial but P raps in it, the shit is so tight, yall will be amazed how tight P can actually flow. After that is "Any Thing Goes" which is a crunk ass song, the songs beat is so tight-Master P rips shit up with his flows and lyrics. Up next is another classic cut one after another, this one is called "Study Being A Gangsta" its one of my favorite songs ever- It features Master P and King George-and the shit is so tight-gotta listen to the lyrics.
Track 9 is another classic cut "The Ghettos Trying To Kill Me", Master P starts this cut off with a tight ass verse, the beat is crunk as fuck. Silk comes in later and drops a tight verse-he sounds so dam young on this shit but he is tight. After that song is "Bastard Child" which is an alright song-it actually would shine on any other album but on this one its just average. The next cut is a classic cut which features C-Murder-he starts off the rap with his best verse ever and Master P contributes a great verse also-this is straight classic shit. Up next is "Rev Do Wrong intro" and if you didnt know on all the old No Limit albums there was always a Rev Do Wrong commercial-its just King George talking as a preacher and shit like that. After that is a "Rev Do Wrong" song-this is the only time that I have heard them make a song out of it and this song is crunk as hell-its a fast tempo song with Master P starting off flowing really nice, followed up by Silk tearing shit up, after that Big Ed comes in with a nice verse. Calli-G comes in a says a fews lines next and then King George raps a verse-very tight. In the last verse C-Murder comes in a rips shit up. This song is super crunk-very good material.
"Hands Of A Dead Man" is a tight ass song, it has Master P flowing crunk as hell to a phat ass beat, this song is one of my favorites ever also. Man up next is another classic song "211" he is telling a story bout robbing some Jap's, this shit is sooooo crunk, it features Sonya C-the original female from No Limit-this bitch can flow her ass off. Master P and Sonya C are flowing back and forth on this cut-very nice song. "No Limit Party" is the last cut, its a tight ass song, master P and King George are flippin shit on this cut.
Overall you gotta have this album if you like any rap music. This album is one of my top 3 or 4 albums ever!!!!!!!! Dont settle for that bullshit that got rereleased cuz its missing bout 4 or 5 crunk ass songs. This is how I wish Master P would have stayed-this album is so crunk-very underground feel to it-no commercial shit. I am pretty sure that this album is out of print. The hadnt fucked up with Priority yet for distribution. But anyways-pick this shit up right away, Master P's best album by far!!!!!!!!!
