Yall need to get ready for this shit here, fuck it don’t even read the review, if you know where you can buy this album at, get up off your ass and go get it. This shit is off the hook. It came out back in 95 when No Limit was coming harder then hard. Fresh off his great appearance on Down South Hustlas—Master P laces this nigga with a solo album. “What’s Happenin” is the first cut and its off the hook, Tre-8 flows tight as fuck on this shit, Ice Mike drops a really tight beat.
“Fright Night” was featured on Down South Hustlas and is a classic No Limit track, Tre-8 and Master P come clean as fuck on this track, Tre-8 flows fast as fuck on this track. “Lay Me Down To Sleep” is another blazing cut produced by Ice Mike, the beat is solid as fuck and Tre-8 comes too dam tight on the mic. When I thought it couldn’t get any better here comes “Ghetto Stories” mane this is some straight gangsta shit, its off the chain mane, Tre-8 comes very tight on this track.
“What That South Like” is one of few not so good songs on this album, its still hella cold though, it features Mia X. Tre-8 still flows fast and tight as fuck on this song. “Aint No Love” is track 7 and its off the hook, the beat is very laid back and Silk shines on this song like he used to back in the day—he aint don’t that yelling shit on this track, Tre-8 comes clean as fuck also. “Bang 2 Tha Boogie” is another blazing ass cut, Tre-8 never seizes to amaze me, he comes tight as fuck on every song on this album.
“1 In The Chamber” is up next and its hella cold also, its one of the worst cuts on the album though, so that should tell you how tight this album is. “G Style” is a very uptempo song that Tre-8 flows really tight to, it’s a very crunk song to roll to. “Livin On The Westside” is a very laid back track, I really don’t bump it all that much—the vocals are really tight though. “4 Real Mack Daddy” is next and its blazing, I really don’t like that beat but the vocals are tight.
“I Run Dis” is a 2 minute long cut, Tre-8 basically flows fast as fuck for bout 2 minutes, its off the hook. “Pain” is a very slow cut about you know what---Pain, it’s a nice lil slow cut though since Tre-8 flows so tight. “Playa Haters” is a very weak cut compared to the other cuts but it would shine on any other album. “Smoke Blunts” is one of my favorite cuts on this album, it’s a very fast going type of song that Tre-8 flows very fast to.
“Yall Shoulda Kill Me” is an alright cut, its nothing that you need to fast forward through. Mr. Serv-on is up with a solo song next “G Like Me” its an alright cut but its nothing all that. “Smoke 1 Fool” features everyone from the Smoke 1 Click, it’s a tight ass cut, it features JU-C, Lil Nic, Blakk Ceaser, 9-Glocck, Percy P and T Smooth. It’s a very solid track.
Overall this album is a classic, you can bump every single one of these cuts, if you like fast flows but not too fast you will love this shit, the beats are very solid and it has a very strong gangsta feel throughout this entire album and again if you didn’t know this aint like that new No Limit with all that dancing bullshit, its straight dope shit.
