This is one of the first albums out of Flint Michigan----Flint has a gang of dope ass rappers. Top Authority is from there and they are tight as fuck. This group is made up of Shotgun, DaLo, and Flex. The first cut is called "Another Murder" and its tight as fuck, these niggas drop some dope ass gangsta lyrics---the beat is cold as fuck also which DaLo lays down perfect. This is one of their classic songs. It seems like it will end then they will drop another verse-very crunk song. After that is "No Love" which has a very chilled beat---this shit is crunk also---these niggas drop great vocals, Shotgun and Flex sound perfect together. Track 3 is called "Money" and its crunk as fuck also, the beat is very tight and its bumping in the trunk along with all their other shit---they are telling a story bout money and its a crunk ass song.
"Aint Worth No Cash" is a rare song about bitches that they rap in----this song dont sound right with them and I aint really feelin it all that much. If it was from someone else it might be better but not from TA-these niggas are straight gangstas. Up next is a song more along the lines of Top Authority, its called "Level Of A Gangster" and this shit is tight as fuck, the beat is cold as fuck and they are droppin some straight gangsta shit--very nice vocals and lyrics on this song. The next song is pretty tight also, "Pop Him" but I really dont bump it all that much. "93 (Things Aint How They Should Be)" is the next track and its a slower cut and I aint really feelin it all that much.
"Something To Blaze To" has a West Coast type of beat to it, its basically a Flint Town theme song type of song, they are droppin shit bout comin up and shit----I really dont bump this song all that much. "How Much" is a another song that makes you think bout what skanless shit is going on in society----I really dont bump this song much either. The next song they turn back to gangsta shit, its called "Voices" and it reminds me of some shit that The Ghetto Boyz would have made back in the day---its a crunk ass cut, very nice vocals and the beat is bumpin also. "Never Leave Home W/O It" is after that and it contains a bomb ass beat but the flows dont really sound right on beat----its an alright song.
The last cut is "Outro (Half Deck)" and I am really feelin this cut, the beat is soo cold, its very chilled, Flex and Shotgun drop some of the coldest lyrics on this cut-------very tight song. Overall this album is tight as fuck, there are some weak parts of the album but the songs that are tight make up for it bigtime!!!!!!! I would recommend all Flint rap fans to pick this shit up and all of the gangsta/southern fans to pick this shit up also. Make sure you pick up there second album also!
