Now this clique is from Kansas City, MO, but they have strong ties to Houston Texas, this release was on Short Stop records which Lil Troy put out an album on as well. DJ Screw has featured a few of their cuts on his albums as well. The first cut on this album is called “187 4 Life” and its off the hook, the beat is tight as fuck, it is laid by Grim Reaper who has done tons of albums down in Houston. Anyways its a straight killa type of track, not your typical slow sounding Houston music either, they have a tight ass female that flows on this track also.

“G’s 2 Tha Heart” is next up and this has a banging ass beat and the flows are tight as fuck. “South Side” is one of the songs DJ Screw has screwed a few times, it has a Mary J Blige sample on it and its a blazing ass track, its more of a slower style track but everyone that likes Texas rap will feel this shit. “Gangsta Strut (Crazy C Remix)” is next up and its really nice laid back track to ride to, very smooth beat and the flows are solid. “68 Caddy” is track 5, its a pretty weak cut, I dont like the way they are rapping on this track, the beat is pretty tight though.

“Grand Felon” is next up and its another winner, it has a very bumpable beat and the lyrics and vocals are tight as fuck. “Show Me” follows that and its off the hook, Show Me is the moddo for Missouri and thats the name of the song----its off the hook, they came tight as fuck on the mic and the beat is clean as well. “Nobody Smilin” is track 8 and it is pretty tight, it isnt as good as the previous songs but its most definetly bumpable---just not my first choice when trying to find a track to listen to on this cd.

“Gangsta Strut” is next up and its the plain version of track 4 which was remixed by Crazy C, its still a really tight lil track, it just sounds plain compared to the one Crazy C did. “Outsyde” starts off with Mare Jane, it is a laid back cut that is a little too laid back, I really never bump it that much. “Under Dawg” is track 11 and its horrible, I hate the way it starts off, thats all I am gonna say bout this track. “South Side (DJ Screw Mix)” is next up and its off the hook, this song was featured on 3 N Da Mornin Part 2, yall might remember it from that, but anyways its the same version and its tight as fuck, everyone that likes Screwed music will jam this. The last track is off the hook also but I dont understand why its edited, its called “Down Wit My Clic”, the editing messes the song up, cuz they dont just delete the cuz words, they kinda scratch whever they suppose to be and it sounds like shit but the song is tight.

Overall this is a tight ass album that midwest and Texas rap fans will love. The beats are off the hook all the way through the album, the flows are a mixture of slow/regular style. I suggest that everyone goes out and gives this cd a shot, I really cant see yall being disappointed with it.
