This click is straight outta Kansas City, MO......it is their second album that I know of, their first album is called "Ghetto Soliders" and is probably my favorite album outta Kansas City......One of their main members died between the release of this album and their last one, his name was D-Man and he was cold as fuck on the mic.....The first track on here is called "Sudden Death" and it has a bangin ass beat and features tight flows by the groups main people (Mon-E-G, Badger Kaine, Felony 6)....everyone comes tight on this junt, Mon-E-G has a really tight style, he has an uptempo flow and a great voice. "Southside Of The Zou" is up next and this is my favorite track on the album, the beat is tight as fuck and the flows are great by both Mon E G and Badger Kaine.
"Still Explicit" is another tight track, Badger Kaine starts this track off from the get go and comes tight as hell, he almost sounds like Tech N9ne on this shit here, everyone drops tight vocals on this blazing beat. "Harder Then Expected" is coming up next following a little interlude bout them talkin how much they hate dance type of tracks and bullshit tracks on albums----they are droppin straight gangsta shit the whole album, no bullshit tracks....anyways back to this song, its another tight track---the beat is cold as hell by The Boogie Man and Mon E G, SCM and E Skool all come harder then hard on this here. "Everyone Can't Get It" features Loki from the Siccmade click....its a pretty solid track, its nothing I skip right to but I can most definetly bump the shit outta this track and thats the case with all the songs on this album, there is nothing that is whack at all. "Southside Interlude" next up and its just a lil 2 minute track that has Mon-E-G flowing his ass off cold as fuck, everyone will love this track cuz he comes tight as fuck on this track here.
"Anticipation Of Death" is a little bit more of a laid back track but still very gangsta.....Mon-E-G really shines on this junt here.....the beat is tight as fuck, its one of those beats that you can listen to all night long----great song. "Its Allright" features 6-Foe and its probably one of the weakest tracks on the album but its still hard as hell, any song that Mon E G flows on is most definetly bumpable. "Gangsta Shit" is track 11 and its another laid back type of track that you could kick back and get blown to....they kickin some shit bout gettin peeps for their skilla and that straight gangsta shit. "1 For My Homiez" features Dun Deala of the Veteran Click....its a deep ass track that everyone drops some thought provocting lyrics to a chilled beat. Track 13 is called "Killa Kidz" and they are talkin bout all the crazy shit they did while they were growing up and shit....its kinda talkin bout D-Man who was killed a while back and was a big part of this click.
"Gotta Get Away" is a solo track by Mon E G......it has a really nice beat to it and Mon E G's flows fit right into this track perfectly---another tight song. "Explicit Encounter" features Brotha Lynch Hung......I really aint feelin this track all that much but everyone I talk to loves the shit outta this track here so I might not know what I'm talkin bout....Lynch does come tight along with Mom E G and Badger Kaine....I guess I really just dont like the beat on this track. "Rhymin-N-Peace" features Dr Wicked.....this is one of the coldest songs I have heard in my life, it has one of the most orginal beats that I have heard as well----Its basically talkin bout D-Man and how he got killed and how much love they had for him.....the way I describe it might make it sound like its some soft track but its tight as fuck, yall gotta trust me on this shit here cuz its dope as fuck. There are 2 more tracks after this called "Caualties of War" and "Watch What U Say" and they are both aight tracks, nothing really to speak much on but nothing to down.
Overall this album is tight as fuck and I recommend that everyone picks this album up......It is starting to become hard to find, it came out in 2000 and was distibuted through Southwest Wholesale and SOH........If you can find this album or their first album 'Ghetto Soldiers' I am sure you will be more then satisfied, they dont kick no booty tracks no bullshit at all, its straight gangsta shit and you are getting 76 minutes of dope shit on this album here.
