This album is a very different style for Memphis, even though 1st Degree and Deep Sleep have been around as long as anyone from there. They possess a very lyrical style and some deeper voices which are tight. The first track is "Emptiness of Ghetto Life" and it is pretty tight, they drop really nice vocals on this cut, but its nothing extrodinary. "Mental Prison" is next up and its crunk as fuck, I am really feelin this cut, they drop really nice lyrics on this song, you have to peep out what they are saying. This aint a cd that you can just pop in a listen too, you actually have to pay antention to what they are saying or you wont get anything out of this album.

"Whats Real" is another crunk cut, they drop some dope shit on this cut, they even do a little tung twisting---it aint that fast though, but it sounds hella tight. Right after this is "Flatline" and it has a nice bassline, I really dont like the first verse, but once Tha Villian brings his fast flowing ass in the song it turns crunk as fuck, this nigga flows fast as fuck like C-9 and he is cold as fuck----he basically saves this song. "Eyes Of A Feen" has a banging beat and its a slower cut, I love this singing by this female on the chorus. This song features Wah-Wah who is a female and she drops a nice verse on it.

"Is Hell Like This" is next up and I aint feelin this cut at all. "Under Surveillance" is track 7 and its pretty tight, they drop a nice chorus and the beat is dat on dat. After this is a crunk ass cut who features alot of people--its called "Mid South Representing" and it starts off with 1st Degree and Deep Sleep flowing---they are followed by my nigga Young Lo blowing hard as fuck, this nigga always comes correct on his verses. Al Kapone drops an amazing verse on this track also--its a very crunk song. "Something To Live For" is a very laid back track with an on point beat, the vocals are off the hook also---its a very good song.

"Its To Late" is another really nice song, the beat is really cold and the vocals are nice. "Snap" is my favorite track on this album, the chorus is off the hook and Young Lo gets off on this track with Boss Pain. "Return Of The Sinisters" is an alright cut, it features Boss Pain who doesnt really drop anything good at all on this track but C-9 comes in and rips shit fast as fuck, mane C-9 always comes correct on tracks. "Ruined Seeds" is just a flat out terrible song, the vocals are alright but the beat is totally off.

"Til Da Clip Is Empty" is a remix of the song they have on Memphis Undaground Hustlas-it aint nearly as good as the first one though. Its straight though. The last cut is a solo by 1st Degree "Trouble Child" and it has a really nice beat but the vocals arent up too par. Overall this is a tight ass album, you can bump about all the songs, if you are into lyrical rappers and like listening to verses word by word you will love this shit. Remember these arent fast flowing niggas but they do have some fast niggas like C-9, Villian, Al Kapone and others on this album. Its very tight.
