Eightball the fat mac is finally back with his second solo album, this album has had a lot of hype about blowing him up to where he should be. After many duo albums with MJG most feel they have been cheated stardom because a lot of their albums are considered classics by southern rap fans. This album features the likes of MJG, Koncrete, Carl Thomas, Dorasel , Thorugh, Cl Che, P-Diddy, & Ludacris.
1. "Thorn" this track gots a real laid back beat with some real tight guitar on it. Eightball comes in with some nice hard flows on this one to start the track, flows tight throughout the whole track...has a nice lil guitar solo at the end very nice song.
2. "Spit" has a real basic beat gots some horns in the background as well as some other background effects pretty simple beat. Eightball has some real tight flows on this track and the chorus was straight an aight track.
3. "No Sellout" has a up tempo bouncy type beat going on. This track features Koncrete and they come tight on the whole track im looking forward to more shit from them they mentioned that they from Bama. Eightball comes with some very tight flows on this track as well. Very tight hook on this one I was really liking it.
4. "Holla Back" has a real basic slow jam type beat has some piano effects going on in the background. Eightball comes with some pimp tyte flows on this track....he rips it up very nicely on this slower cut....they got Carl Thomas from Bad Boy on the hook on this one another good track.
5. "Live This" has a mid tempo beat...once again kind of basic has some horn effects going on to it. Eightball spitting real shit on this one talking bout how people aint really living what the rapping bout, tight flows on this one pretty good hook as well.
6. "Daddy" has a slow beat with some nice guitar on it good laid back pimp type beat. The hook on this one gots some lil kids singing on but it don’t sound as bad as some other hooks with kids on it. This track features MJG and he comes real nice good to hear him on this album. Eightball coems wwith soem nice flows on this track as well this is a slower track still tight though.
7. "For You" has a mid tempo sort of bouncy type beat going to this one. This track features Cl Che and she come with two very good verses I like here style she has been on a lot of TX albums. Eightball does the hook nicely on this track he also comes with some pretty tight flows another decent track.
8. "Slab Rider" has a real basic basey beat with some stand out piano in it. This track gots a real catchy hook its pretty tight i was feeling it. Eightball comes real nice on the flows once again on this track....this is another bumpable track.
9. "Stop Playing Games" has a real tight beat its some nice off the wall type shit. This track features P-diddy just chanting in the background while Eightball rips the whole track and he comes with a nice hook as well. Check the video for this song its pretty tight nice song right chea.
10. "Do You Really" has a nice funky southern type feel going to it, got a krunk feel to it. This track starts of with MJG and he rips a nice verse and hes followed by Eightball. This track got s a nice hook to it as well this could be a good track for the clubs.
11. "Tonight" has a real laid back beat some deep southern feeling shit, it sounds like a beat that they have used before. This track features Koncrete once again and they come tight once again. This has a basic hook nothing super tight but nothing sorry either. Eightball rips it nice on this track reminds me of an older track he did.
12. "Whatcha Lookin At" has a nice mid tempo beat...once again its pretty basic but its tight. This track features Ludacris on the hook and Eightball flips some tight flows on this track nice lyrics another bumpable track.
13. "Stripes" this has a nice up tempo type beat sounds like some lets go to war type shit. This has a very tight hook and very tight flows Eightball comes hard on this track this is one of my more favortie tracks on the album tight flows and tight beat good shit.
14. "Like Dat" has a real laid back beat sounds like some shit you can fuck to. Has some girl speaking Spanish as the songs starts off and Eightball comes with some more pimp tyte on this one and it has a nice hook with some singing another tight track.
15. "Don’t Forget" has a mid tempo beat has sort of a of mexican/carribean feel to it. This track features Dorasel of the Rap-a-Lot Family and also Through. This track has a real basic hook but Eightball, Through, & Dorasel all come tight with the flows a decent track at best.
In end this album wasn't too bad it has its share of good cuts and share of bad cuts. The production is pretty decent most of the tracks had nice beats. Eightball came hard with the lyrics as usual and the guest spots were all nice as well. Also I don’t think this album will help Eightball blow up like he should but its still a pretty good album I would pick it up for sure....
