This album is a major surprize to me, its basically the old members of the Manson Family that used to be with Street Smart. I really dont know the whole scope on this situation, I know they got beef with Tommy Wright cuz they diss his ass on the inside cover. I have heard many different rumors about what the deal is....
The intro is just talkin and them asking god for his blessing. Track 2 is called "Royaltiez" and this song is pretty tight--its a diss to Tommy bout him droppin that Manson Family without their permission, they are talking bad about all the rappers on Street Smart-sayin that they are whack and none rapppin niggas-they even say Tommy is a fake ass Coolio!!! Lil Jack and Shane do the rappin on this cut. Up next is "Massacre" and this song features Ku-Ku and this song is hella tight, Ku-Ku gets the fuck off on this cut and the chorus says "if you scared you a bitch" which is off of the Manson Family album. Up next is a new broadcast type of skit and its called "Manson News"--I really dont understand the point of this, it has Jon Doe talking on it--its his only appearance on this album--I think they put this on here just to say he is on this album.
"V.I.P" is the next cut and this song is pretty tight, very uptempo type of song, Lil Jack tears shit up on this cut with a really quick rap, its a rap bout bitches dancing. Up after this is "Fit Fo Society" and this song has a really nice beat and the flows on it are really crunk, Lil Jack flows his ass off on this one also, Kokane drops a nice verses also-he is a kinda rough and rugged type of rapper. The next song is a dance cut "Skake It" and it features Shane--and it reminds me off a Cash Money song, I really dont like this song at all. "Duez" is the next cut and it features Murda One and Queen--this song is alright-Queen drops a nice verse on this shit-she is from Arkansas. Track 9 is called "Top Notch" and this song is kinda whack fo real, the beat is terrible and the lyrics are pretty weak.
Track 10 is called "Momma" and its dedicated to Moms-and bout how they are the most dedicated nigga and the only person they can trust-they drop some nice verses on this cut but it aint nothing that I will bump that much. "Lip Service" is the song that follows this and I'm sure I dont have to tell you what this song is about--the first verse is whack but then Lil Jack comes in and flows his ass off for the last verse and saves the song. "Bloody" is up next and this shit is kinda whack--the beat has way too much shit going on in it--alot of yelling and shit in the rappin also. Its a diss to Tommy but its a pretty whack diss song.
"Be Real" is the next cut and its the exact same as the song on Manson Family-but the beat is a little different but the words and shit are exactly the same-I like the one on Manson Family alot better-this one is done really shitty. The last cut on this album is called "Da South" and its a really clean ass cut, they drop tight as cuts and the beat is really chilled. Shane is featured on this cut. Overall this album is hard to rate, its a tight album dont get me wrong but it doesnt seem like they spent much time putting it together. It has 14 tracks on it but most of the them are 2-3 minute songs with only 2 verses. The whole album is only 41 minutes long. I would suggest you pick it up because they are some tight ass verses from Lil Jack throughout the album and since its a diss album to Tommy Wright that makes it more interesting. So if you got the scrilla pick it up. Not many songs on here that you wont like.
