I have never heard of these niggas before but an album features Taylor Boy, Kokaine Wayne, Al Kapone and Project Pimp----shit I gotta have it. This group is made up of Mac, Bang Wang, Mac RL, Prodical, Lil Bay, Lil Wang, C.A., and Lil Tony ....at leasts that what I think, they dont really come out and tell you who the group is though..Anyway on with the review. It starts off with "Took All I Can" which is a tight ass cut, these niggas drop some tight ass lyrics and they have a strong Memphis/Southern feel to them. "Running Some Thangs" is the next cut and they drop some quick flows on this one, very nice cut--the chorus is kinda gay though but its still straight. After this is "I Gotta Go For Mine" which features Taylor Boy and he starts off the rap and tears shit up, this nigga is so crunk, he is followed by Bang Wang and he drops some really nice lyrics. Kokaine Wayne drops amazing lyrics on this track like he always does and also Lil Bay makes a rare appearance on this track--I havent heard this nigga for years.
Track 4 features Al Kapone and this song is crunk as fuck, the beat is cold and the flows are really tight, everyone does a really nice job with this song. "Thug Niggas" is the next track and I aint really feelin this cut, the beat aint all that but the lyrics are alright. "Robinson Boyz" is track 6 and its crunk as fuck, its basically their theme song and they all come off tight on this track. "Pop That Pussy" is next up and it features Al Kapone again, its a dance song as you have probably noticed, its straight but I hate this type of songs. "Elevatin The Game" is track 8, its straight but nothing I really listen to that much, the beat is kinda fucked up and that makes me not want to listen to it.
Project Pimp makes a rare appearance on this next cut, "Da Realist Niggas"--Lil Wang starts off this cut with a nice verse, then Mac RL comes in a drops some nice shit, but next is the nigga you want to hear about, Project Pimp, he tears shit up--mane I forgot how tight this nigga was, its been a minute since he left Street Smart and I miss him already-he is super tight--I cant wait to hear this nigga on more albums--he drops a really nice verse on this song. "Tha Way I Maintain" is track 10 and its pretty tight--very nice lil cut. The last track is called "Tha Struggle" and I aint feelin this song really.....Overall this album is pretty solid, they have alot of songs that kinda sound the same that you wont mind listening to but you wont really become attached to the songs either-thats they only downfall. I would recommend this album if you got some extra skrilla.
