This is a bunch of old songs from Skinny Pimp that was released right after he left Prophet. So if you are expecting a new style Skinny Pimp you wont get it with this album, most of these songs were made between 92-94 I believe. I personally love this old style of him, the first track is "Skinny But Dangerous" which is tight as fuck, the beat is pounding and Skinny is flowing tight as fuck. "Give Me Sum" is another crunk song, this beat is just pounding out of control, it has to bump more then any other song I have ever heard, I am pretty sure its 211 that raps on this song, Skinny does make an appearance on this track.
"Mack Of The Year" is off the hook, it has an old school laid back pimping beat, Skinny drops some hella tight vocals, this gots to be one of my favorite cuts on this album. UP next is another crunk ass cut, Skinny is telling a tight story on this track "Drop It Off"---the beat on this one is blazing and Skinny tells a great story bout robbing some kats. "Dont Fuck With Me" is another tight cut, the first verse is kinda shitty but once Skinny comes in, he starts flowing tight as fuck, its not necessarily fast flows but the style of it sounds tight as fuck. 211 comes hard as fuck on this track also.
"G-Strings" is some bullshit dance track that is flat out terrible. "Complicated" is up next and its a straight cut to bump, nothing that special though. Track 9 is called "Animosity"---its an alright track, the vocals and the beat are pretty nice, 211 drops some nice shit on this track. "Pimps and Robbers" is a song that I aint really feelin that much at all. 211's verse on this track is terrible but Skinny drops an alright verse. "Dam Police" is a hella tight song, they are spittin some tight shit bout how the police are some hoes.
"Stick Up Man" is track 13, has a really nice beat and Skinny drops some tight vocals. Up next is "Goldy of The 90's" it is somewhat of a shitty song, it might have sounded tight a long time ago but I cant get into it now. "Boomin In The Projects" has a really nice beat to it and some tight samples from NWA, Skinny drops some alright lyrics on this track, it aint nothing special though. "Checkmate" is a flat out terrible song, I dont see why he put this song on this album, cuz its just shitty. "1,2,3 (ABC's)/After Nine" is off the hook, skinny goes through 1-10 saying something bout each number and then goes through the alphabet, very tight song---he drops some really tight shit on this track even though it sounds hella old.
The last track is called "Kickin It With Skinny Pimp" is an alright cut but its nothing special or anything I really ever bump. Overall I am really feelin this album, I love old style music with laid back old school beats. If you dont like old sounding music you will hate this album and dont even try to pick it up, but if you are a little bit older and can appreciate this old style music and tight lyrics you will appreciate this album for all its worth, so its yalls call.
