Finally someone from Project Playaz drops a solo, but it aint even on Mo Cheda Records, and Squeeky only produced 5 out of the 17 songs on the album. This album is just alright, it seems like alot of the songs sound the same, he has some terrible beats on here, some guy did most of the producing on this album and he is terrible, the songs that Squeeky produced are straight beat wise.
The first track is “Buck Wild Lifestyle” and its one of the few cuts produced by Squeeky, it is one of the better tracks on the album, nice lil laid back beat and Yo Lynch drops some tight vocals. “Connection” is up next and its produced by Young Lo who is also featured on this cut along with Yo Lynch. I am very disappointed with this track, I am a big Young Lo fan but he didnt come through on this track, Yo Lynch came really soft also. “Ink Attack 2” features Mac Travis and Mr. Litt, this song is tight as fuck, Yo Lynch comes hard as fuck on this track, the beat is tight as fuck also which is laid down by Squeeky.
“Caughtcha Slippin” features Skizo and this song is flat out terrible, I dont know what the fuck they were thinking on any portion of this song, the beat is terrible and the chorus is horrible as well. Track 8 is “Slow Warm Head” and it features Al Kapone, the chorus on this track is pretty weak and the vocals arent much better by Yo Lynch either, Al Kapone drops some tight shit though, but its not good enough to save the song. “Bustaphobia” features 38 slug and was produced by him as well, this track is pretty tight, it has a very solid beat and Yo Lynch drops some nice vocals.
Track 10 is “Mo Cheda Mobsta” and it features Skizo and this track is flat out terrible, the chorus and beat is terrible. Yo Lynch drops nice vocals but it doesnt match the beat at all, so it dont sound good together. Tinymaine and Yo Lynch are on the next track together called “Lap Dance NDa Back” and this track isnt shitty as fuck, the whole concept of it is whack, the vocals arent tight either. “Live and Direct” features Thugsta and Tino (whoever that is), this track is aight at best, the flows are pretty straight and the beat is straight but the song isnt off the hook or anything, just an average cut.
“Block Party” features Snipa and Poppi from New Jack, this track is another shitty ass track, I dont know what Yo Lynch was thinking, this is nothing like I have ever heard from him. “Spittin N Pimpin” is a solo track by Yo Lynch which was produced by Squeeky, this track is one of the better tracks on the whole album, the beat is very tight and the vocals by Yo Lynch are off the hook----very tight song. Up next is “Survivors” and its a pretty tight laid back track, the beat is off the hook and its a different type of style of Yo Lynch but I really like it.
Overall this is a big disappointment, even though there is about 5 really tight cuts the rest of the album is straight bullshit, alot of skits and just flat out shitty tracks. I hope that he wasnt serious bout this album and he can get serious and drop something alot better then this because I have heard alot better from him. Its your call, if you are a huge Project Playaz fan you might want to scoop this but otherwise I would save your hard earned money.
