This is K-Rino’s 3rd album, if you dont know bout K-Rino he is a SPC Vet and has been in the rap game for a very long time....you might think since this is his 3rd album be might have dropped off but once you hear the first verse on the first track you will understand this nigga aint done shit but rised up. The first track on this is called “Caught In The Cross (South Park Shit)” and this is off the hook, the beat on this track is tight as fuck and the lyrics by Rino are cold as fuck, he is telling a tight story on this track, if you dont know his music that well you will soon find out that his songs are full of stories and none of that bling bling bullshit.
“You Ain’t Real” is a laid back track bout homeboys not being real and turning fake....I am really feelin this track, he kicks some real true shit on this track. “If You’s A Ho” is track 3 and its another tight lil track, it might be my least favorite track on this album but its still tight, it has a really solid beat and the lyrics are tight (like always). “Kill Em” starts off tight as fuck, the chorus on this junt has the classic old school sound to it. The verses by K-Rino are off the hook, I love the lyrics on this shit-----not to mention the bumpin ass beat. “South Park Drama” is next up....this shit is off the hook, mnae the verses he is dropping on this shit is tight as fuck and the beat going perfect with it....The beat is tight cuz it keeps changing up and Dope E keeps adding different elements throughout the song---great song.
“Witness” has to be one of the deepest lyrical songs I have ever heard, this song has a tight ass story.....He is telling the story bout how he got hired as a killa-----yall gotta peep this shit out if you havent already, even if you hate Texas rap or southern rap you cant help but to dig this track. “A-B-C” is a lil 2 minute long track, this song has a really tight beat to it, he goes through the alphabet and raps with it. “Temple Of Doom” is track 8 and its has a really solid beat, the lyrics by Rino are solid just like the previous tracks, I have beef with the yelling rap but that is part of the song, it fits in with what he is rapping bout and the beat.
“Dont Front A Playa” is a tight lil track that is spitting some knowledge bout being a playa and shit....some of yall need to get up on some of this knowledge and get your shit trunk tight. “Caught In The Cross (Remix)” is next up and its just a remix of the first track, I aint feeling this track that much, the beat on this one isnt that tight, the lyrics are the same though. The last track is called “Lyrical Behavior” and it features a tight ass female singing, it sounds really tight to go along with Rino rapping. I think this is Black Indian rapping on this track with him.....I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong, so if you are reading this it must be him.
Overall this is a must have album, this shit is bumping all the way through, it features some great lyrics and some bumping production. It is damn near flawless in my opinion. If you havent ever heard K-Rino before I suggest that you start with this album or Danger Zone. Go pick this shit up now and be on the lookout for the new SPC albums coming your way soon.
