Mr. Mike is now off Suave House and Priority picked him up, which was really surprising to me that they took a chance on him, his Suave House release wasn’t all that, it was alright but nothing special. He only really came tight on the South Circle album which he did with Thorough. “Rhapsody” is basically the first track up on this album, its an alright cut, the beat is straight and Mike drops some tight vocals. “Texas 2000” is up next and its one of my favorite cuts on the album, the chorus is shitty but the beat and the lyrics are tight as fuck, Mr Mike really comes tight on this track.

“It’s A Shame” features Napp-1, it’s a very laid back track with a great chorus. The beat is very chilled and Mike drops some really nice vocals. If you don’t know bout Mr. Mike, he always come tight vocals wise. “Ghetto Strain” is a very slow style cut and its basically weak and whack. Track 7 is called “Why Fall In Love With The Struggle” and it’s a straight ass cut, you can at least listen to it but its nothing that sticks out and makes you want to bump it more and more, it featuers Mack 10.

“Come On Everybody” is up next and it has a really tight beat, it almost sounds West Coast. The lyrics by Mike are really tight as well, very solid track. “Killing Fields” is track 9 and its another solid track, the beat is really tight and Mike comes correct on the mic. Up next is “How Tha South Was Won” and I aint really feelin this cut at all, it’s a laid back track but the vocals don’t sound right with the beat. “Partners In Crime” is up next and it’s a shitty ass cut, nothing that I will ever bump or ever do bump.

Track 12 is called “What Da Deal Iz”, it’s a straight cut to listen to, nothing off the chain but its descent, you will at least be able to ride to it. “Don’t Nobody Really Care” is a very fast type of song, Mr. Mike raps fast on this cut which is out of his character, its an alright cut but he don’t really sound right flowing fast even though he can do it very well. “Know One Knows” is track 14, it’s a shitty ass track, the beat is terrible and no one could make this song sond tight no matter how good their vocals are.

“Play The Cards I Was Given” is an alright track, nothing special though. The last track is called “Everytime I Close My Eyes”, all it is, is singing and shit like that. Mr Mike has some tight skills singing wise. Overall this album is alright. I wouldn’t buy it new but it might be worth picking up if you can find it for like 2.99-5.99 used. He has some tight cuts but nothing that sticks out to make you want to bump it over and over.
