This is these kats second album, their first one is hard as fuck to find and is considered a classic by many southern music fans. This release features such artists as UGK and Eightball. The first cut is “Contradiction” and it’s a laid back track that has some really tight vocals and a really chilled beat. Its not much of a gangsta type of song though, its more of a laid back smoking cut. “Ride Wit Yal” is next up, it’s another pretty solid track, again its laid back and has nice vocals, its nothing that I would just scroll to once I popped in the album but I sho wouldn’t skip it over every time.
Track 3 is “White Girl” and it’s a cut bout cocaine and shit, it’s a really tight slow style cut about cocaine. If yall don’t like laid back slow type of rap yall most definetly wont like this cut or the first few. “The Game” is next up and it’s a descent cut, nothing that dam special but again its something you can bump, it’s a little bit more up tempo then the first cuts. The Fat Mac (Eightball) is featured on the next cut “Scarred Pac”, the first verse by Black is really tight, they pulled a fast one on me though---I hate when they say someone is featured and they only talk, that’s basically what they did on this track.
Track 6 is “Hell On Earth” and its another laid back track that is somewhat of a deeper style of a cut, if you aint into listening to vocals and shit you will most definetly not like this track but if you like slower style shit you will. Up next is “Hogball” and its one of better cuts on the album, its more of a uptempo beat and the flows are faster then the other cuts, the content of the song is very tight as well. “Wat Cha Known Fo” is next up and woah mane, they got 2 up tempo cuts in a row, these niggaz are known for slower style cuts, this shit is a pretty solid cut.
“Where The G’s At” is next up and it’s an aight cut, nothing too special but nothing too whack. Pimp C and Bun B are featured on the nxt cut called “Down Here” and it’s a hella tight cut, the beat is off the hook and Pimp C and Bun B come hard as fuck on this track, but shit they come tight on everything-----really tight cut. “Love & Hate” is next up and it’s a hella tight cut, it reminds me of an Atlanta style cut like Parental Advisory, its has some tight singing and the flows are very tight along with the beat.
Track 12 is “Bad Dreams” and it’s a pretty slow cut, it isnt anything tight at all. Following that is “Imagine If” which is another slow cut, it isnt anything that special either, I usually skip over this track. Track 14 is “Systemized” and it’s a really tight cut, the beat is very laid back and the vocals are tight, they are talking bout some really deep stuff on this track.
The last 2 cuts are an instrumental of the first track and a remix of track 6. Overall this is a descent album, if you are into laid back slower style music you will most definetly love this shit, if you like gangstafied buck buck music you wont have much interest in this album, these kats are on a very mature tip.
