This Z-Ro’s 3rd solo album, it is the second release after leaving Guerilla Maab. This album is better then his last album which was a huge disappointment. The first cut on this cd is called “I Found Me” and it features Trae from Guerilla Maab, it has a really solid beat and the flows are solid----Trae and Z-Ro come tight on the mic on this track, it is probably the best track on the album....Next up is “Block Bleeder” and it has a laid back beat to it, Den Den starts of rapping on this cut, I aint really feelin his verse, it is just a normal sounding verse. Z-Ro signs during the chorus of this song, it isnt anything special though---after that comes his verse and its straight.

“Wonder If I’M Blessed” starts off with Bam talking, too dam bad he aint on this cd, but the song features Wood & Chill. Wood starts it off with a pretty tight beat, the beat is descent, nothing all that special....he using a recycled ass line on the chorus which I really aint feelin, he has enough time to come up with original shit. I aint really feelin the verse by Chill, Z-Ro comes in last and drops a pretty tight verse. “Gripping Grain” is up next and it features Den Den again, this song is aight at best, the beat isnt the best and the flows arent anything special.

“Haters Song” is track 5, it features Let It Go, Slimm Chance and Trae. The beat on this song is off the hook, nice and laid back....Z-Ro starts this shit off hella tight, I am really feelin his verse on this junt. There is a female on this cut that is pretty tight, she drops a tight verse, Trae follows her and rips shit up like normal.....Rakesh needs to make more slower style beats for Trae to flow over---Rakesh didnt produce this cut or anything, I just thought I would add that comment. Z-Ro comes back in on the last verse and drops another really solid verse-----very tight cut. “Passenger Side” is next up and this shit has a horrible beat, it sounds like some techno shit, the flows by Z-Ro are straight but the beat doesnt give him a chance.

“In My Pride” is track 7, it has an alright beat and Z-Ro starts it off with a descent verse (he uses a lil spice 1 old school style for a secodn), 9500 Woodfair starts off the second verse and he is horrible, I aint feelin his verse or his lyrics. “Real Niggaz” is next up and this cut has a banging ass beat, Z-Ro comes solid on this track, he needed to have more solo track on this album, only 5 solo cuts...anyways this is a laid back song that has a really solid beat.

“Wake Up” features Mussolini......it has a suspect beat, but Z-Ro’s flows outshine the beat and make up for it...I really didnt like this song at first but when I got over the beat I am really feelin it...too bad it doesnt have a blazing beat to go with it. Track 10 is called “Friends: and it features Den Den and Slim Chance.....this is a very slow style cut, has a very laid back beat which doesnt go well with what they are talking bout. The flows and lyrics on this song are tight but the beat doesnt fit.

“All Fall Down” features fuck Den Den again, I dont have anything against him but shit this is the 4th song he is on already, I aint really feelin the beat on this song much either, again Z-Ro comes through on the mic but the beat is just a little too different for me to feel, at least Den Den drops some nice vocals on this track. “Pain” is a solo track by Ro, he bites an older song of his own and changes the lyrics around a little bit, it sounds alright, his second verse is off the hook, I am feelin what he is talking bout and shit, the beat on this track is very simple and laid back. The last track is “Sunshine” and it has a nice lil piano beat in there which I am really feelin....Z-Ro drops some really tight lyrics on this track, it is a slower style cut that is pretty deep.

Overall this album is pretty tight, I am still kinda disappointed with it, 1st off it is better then his last album simply because the beats are alot better and he doesnt have all those people cluttering up his album. I would recommend all you Z-Ro fans to go out and get this especially if you liked his last album. I am glad I bought it because there are about 5-6 tracks I will bump on the regular, but that dont make no dam sense with Z-Ro, he is capable of making a cd that you bump every single track on like the old days, but I guess I will have to let that go, I know he will never return to the classic Z-Ro.
